I was a partner in the Litigation Department of Baker Botts L.L.P., and represented parties in complex business disputes involving many different industries and types of transactions. I handled accountants' liability and securities litigation matters in trial and appellate courts, and represented officers, directors, and Audit Committees in internal investigations and matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission. I was also involved in many arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
I served as co-chair of the firmwide Securities Litigation and Professional Liability practice group.
