Mroczkowski has joined the Sarasota office of Shutts & Bowen LLP as a partner in its Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Most recently she had been corporate counsel for the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Inc. (CFSC).
Ms. Mroczkowski’s practice focuses on estate and trust tax planning and administration. She also has significant experience in general corporate, tax, and business law, and advises tax-exempt organizations. For 16 years prior to her work with CFSC, Ms. Mroczkowski was in private practice in Chicago working with trust, estate and corporate clients. She spent five of those years as an attorney in the Estate Administration Department of Bank of America in Chicago where she was the Senior Vice President.
