Titus is a Trial Lawyer who believes in trying cases, not settling them.
Titus' practice is devoted to representing people who have been injured due to the negligence of others or defective products. He has represented clients who have been injured as a result of motor vehicle wrecks, defective products, and wrongful deaths.
Previously, Titus served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Augusta Judicial Circuit where he prosecuted violent crimes. During his time as an ADA he prosecuted over 1,000 criminal matters, and tried dozens of jury trials.
In addition to his courtroom experience, Titus also served as an appellate attorney where he submitted over 20 briefs and successfully argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
In addition to his civilian duties, Titus currently serves as an officer in the United States Army as a Judge Advocate General for the Georgia Army National Guard. As a JAG Officer, Titus advises military commanders on operational, administrative, and fiscal law matters and educate soldiers on relevant laws in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
