Todd Cubbage is counsel in the Finance Practice Group of Haynes and Boone. Todd represents lenders and commercial paper conduits with structuring, negotiating and documenting complex loans to opportunity funds in connection with subscription secured, opportunity fund financings as well as structuring and documenting other secured and unsecured transactions. Experience includes subscription secured facilities, cross-border lending, eurodollar and multi-currency financings, letters of credit and other forms of credit enhancement.
