Todd Elizabeth Gustin

Todd Gustin is a member of Venable’s Business Transactions Group. Mr. Gustin represents emerging growth companies in the areas of private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial loan transactions, technology transfers, licensing, and general corporate planning. His practice also includes representation of lenders engaging in subordinated loan transactions and related equity investments.

Prior to joining Venable, Mr. Gustin was an associate in the commercial litigation department of a national law firm where he represented corporate clients in the financial services, technology, energy, and sports and entertainment industries.

During law school, Mr. Gustin served as Aide to Chambers to Associate Justices Harry A. Blackmun and David H. Souter at the Supreme Court of the United States.
