Todd is a nationally recognized trial lawyer with experience handling complex patent litigation cases as well as other types of intellectual property matters. Todd has served as trial counsel in many intellectual property litigation cases, and he has significant trial and Markman hearing experience. He has argued over 30 Markman hearings and has been lead trial counsel on multiple patent cases. He has represented companies as both plaintiff and defendant in patent infringement cases. Todd is known for his ability to translate difficult technological concepts in easily understood concepts for both judges and juries. He also has extensive experience in transactional aspects of intellectual property law, including complex licensing.
