Todd Chatham is an associate in the firm's Securities Litigation Group. Todd’s practice focuses on securities and complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on defending shareholder actions and D&O claims, including those alleging violations of the federal securities laws and those seeking to challenge newly-announced M&A transactions. In addition, Todd represents companies in investigations initiated by the SEC and other regulators. Todd also has significant experience representing broker-dealer and investment advisory clients in civil actions and FINRA arbitrations brought by former customers.

Todd received his J.D. from Emory School of Law and his M.B.A. from Emory’s Goizueta Business School in 2010. As a law student, Todd served as managing editor of the Emory International Law Review. In 2005, Todd earned his B.A. from Washington & Lee University, where he double-majored in Economics and Politics.

Todd is admitted to practice before the state courts of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association.
