Mr. Thorson is a corporate partner in the firm’s Dallas office. He concentrates his practice on private equity, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.

Mr. Thorson regularly advises companies on their establishment of policies relating to corporate governance, business practices, and disclosure procedures. Additionally, he has extensive experience with providing counsel to private and public companies regarding corporate reorganizations involving the reallocation of significant subsidiary and divisional operations.

Mr. Thorson also leads a team of attorneys that assists clients requiring systemic legal support throughout their legal departments and operational teams.
