Todd Briggs is a partner in the Silicon Valley office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP. His practice focuses on patent infringement and other intellectual property cases. He has litigated cases throughout the United States relating to a wide variety of technologies including microprocessors, memory devices, wireless communications, semiconductor processing, computer networks, operating systems, communications systems, computer architecture, analog and digital circuits, data storage systems, medical devices, and high-throughput materials discovery systems. He also has significant experience in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Todd is an electrical engineer and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
