Todd Kelly is a health care transactional and regulatory attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing leading health care institutions and other industry participants. His experience includes representation of public companies, private for-profit businesses, tax-exempt nonprofit organizations, private equity firms, entrepreneurs, and major medical group practices.
Todd is widely recognized as a leading attorney in structuring and implementing provider joint ventures, integrated delivery systems, professional and management services arrangements, integrated networks, facility sales and purchases, accountable care organizations, medical practice acquisitions and management contracts, physician employment and recruitment arrangements, and physician alignment and incentive compensation strategies. He regularly advises clients in relation to laws and regulations affecting health care services and life sciences companies, including on Stark law, anti-kickback, gainsharing, and corporate practice of medicine issues, as well as unique considerations for tax-exempt organizations.
