Todd Esker is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Esker focuses his practice on patent prosecution, counseling and due diligence, primarily in the areas of organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, spectroscopy, immunology and biotechnology.

Mr. Esker earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 2002. While in law school, he worked as an intern for Judge Arthur Gajarsa at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to pursuing his legal career, Todd worked as a research analyst for Stanford Research Institute (SRI) Consulting in Menlo Park, California. He earned his M.S. in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997 and his B.S. in chemistry from the University of Chicago in 1994.

Mr. Esker is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
