Toni-Junell, a partner with the Intellectual Property Department, represents clients from around the world in every stage of IP development. She has significant experience in IP auditing and due diligence, patent litigation, licensing and technology transfer, and corporate issues related to drug development. Fortune 500 companies seek her advice regarding strategic acquisitions central to their plans for continued growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
She works directly with clients to structure patent portfolios and develop successful IP protection strategies. Toni has overseen the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and served as counsel in litigation and interference proceedings. She also helps clients position themselves to avoid or prevail in litigation. Toni also does pro bono work in support of veterans and charitable organizations.
