Tracey Allen is a special counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2003.

Practice

Ms. Allen focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in federal courts in several jurisdictions. She has represented clients in patent infringement cases involving an array of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, genetic screening and flash memory. Ms. Allen also has experience in defending clients in contested matters involving allegations of securities fraud and accounting improprieties. In addition to her regular practice, Ms. Allen has worked on numerous pro bono matters, including cases involving equal protection challenges to government programs and claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Allen spent three years practicing general commercial litigation in Atlanta, Georgia, where she focused on intellectual property and technology disputes.
