Traci's practice focuses on delivering creative and efficient resolutions to her corporate clients’ complex commercial litigation. She has recovered insurance policy proceeds for her clients in a wide variety of contexts, including amounts due under mortgage insurance policies, attorneys’ fees for intellectual property litigation, funds stolen by employees, litigation costs for suits against directors and officers and money spent repairing damage to commercial property. Traci has also represented clients in the natural gas industry in a variety of complex commercial disputes. Her litigation experience includes actions across the country seeking mortgage insurance for securitized mortgage pools, class actions for alleged consumer lending violations, high stakes commercial oil and gas litigation and numerous complex insurance coverage actions.
