Tracy A. Stitt

Tracy Stitt practices in the field of intellectual property, focusing primarily on trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and patent litigation. In addition to litigating infringement cases, Tracy counsels clients on trademark prosecution matters, trademark policing efforts, and domain name protection strategies. She also represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Her experience further includes cases involving breach of contract, tortious interference, and post-employment covenants, as well as arbitration proceedings.

Tracy's practice encompasses a wide variety of technologies, products, and services, including medical devices, digital cameras, vacuum cleaners, and dietary supplements. Her clients include AutoNation, DePuy Orthopaedics, DePuy Spine, Eastman Kodak, Nordic Naturals, The Riverside Company, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and The Scott Fetzer Company.

Tracy is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
