Tracy is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. Her practice focuses on pharmaceutical litigation, including class action and mass tort cases, and commercial litigation. Tracy has extensive trial experience and has served as trial counsel for a top pharmaceutical company in numerous jury trials involving prescription products. She has worked on a variety of different prescription pharmaceutical products including diet drugs, hormone therapy and NSAIDs. Tracy also has experience in class action litigation for mass tort cases as well as other complex litigation. She has represented commercial clients in a variety of other litigation, including NASD arbitrations, ERISA claims, employment litigation, and financial services litigation. Tracy practices in both trial and appellate federal and state courts.
