Tracy Stratford practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial services matters and distressed company litigation. She has litigated cases that involve mortgage lending, insurance insolvency proceedings and regulation, stock and asset transfers, state and local tax, accounting malpractice, and actuarial malpractice.

Tracy also has significant experience litigating matters relating to Ohio's Real Estate Tax Exemption statutes, particularly as they relate to hospitals. She has represented debtors and creditors in proceedings arising out of or relating to bankruptcy petitions.
