Tracy Scheidtmann,

a senior associate in the Silicon Valley office, is a member of the litigation division.

Ms. Scheidtman practices broad range employment law, focusing on employment law litigation. Orrick’s Employment Law and Litigation group was recently named Labor & Employment Department of the Year in California by The Recorder, the premier source for legal news, in recognition of their significant wins on behalf of leading multinational companies on today’s most complex and challenging employment law matters.

Ms. Scheidtmann began her Orrick career as a summer associate in 2001. She participated in the Domestic Violence Advocacy Project, representing victims seeking to obtain or enforce civil protection orders in District of Columbia Superior Court.

Prior to Orrick, in the summer of 2000, Ms. Scheidtmann was a legal intern at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C.
