Tracy L. Steele

Tracy L. Steele is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Ms. Steele focuses her practice on real estate transactions, real estate aspects of corporate transactions and related areas including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial, residential, industrial and retail properties. She has represented REITs as well as regional and national owners, tenants and lenders in a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Steele has led transaction teams in matters involving headquarters properties, debt and equity financings, and development projects. She works regularly with energy companies, suppliers, and major utilities on issues relating to their ownership, use, and financing of real estate. Ms. Steele's background also includes the formation and structured disposition of condominiums and a planned community involving a golf course and residential development.

Ms. Steele was the president of the Student Bar Association while attending The Dickinson School of Law and was awarded the SBA of the Year Award from the American Bar Association - Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Steele was the president of the Student Government Association while attending Sweet Briar College.

Ms. Steele is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.
