Tracy Talbot focuses her practice in the area of commercial and intellectual property litigation. Ms. Talbot has a wide range of pre-trial litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and organizing and interpreting lab analyses for patent infringement matters. Ms. Talbot has also second-chaired federal and state court trials, including conducting direct and cross examinations of witnesses and opening statement.

Ms. Talbot’s experience includes representing clients in the nutritional supplement, telecommunications, and financial industries in actions concerning general business and contract disputes, patent infringement, intentional interference, discrimination and disability claims, and claims of unfair competition, false advertising, civil RICO, lender liability, and fraud.

Prior to law school, Ms. Talbot was a recruiting manager for large law firms in the Bay Area, where she managed lateral and law student recruiting. She now uses her recruiting skills as a member of the San Francisco Recruiting Committee and serves as an associate mentor for new associates.

Ms. Talbot earned her J.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law and received her undergraduate degree in Combined Sciences (Pre-med) from Santa Clara University.
