Tracy Slavens is a partner in Holland & Knight's Miami office and practices in the area of land use and zoning law. Ms. Slavens is experienced in land use, real estate and multifamily housing law. She represents developers and other property owners with land use and environmental issues before local governments, county boards and state agencies in obtaining developmental approvals of all types for residential, commercial and industrial projects located throughout the South Florida region.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Slavens served as in-house counsel for one of Florida's leading affordable housing developers.
