Travis J. Anderson is an associate in the Labor and Employment and Business Trial Practice Groups in the firm's Del Mar Heights Office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Anderson defends employers in civil actions involving various types of employment-related claims including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and unfair competition. He has experience in law and motion practice, deposition, trial, arbitration, and federal agency proceedings. Mr. Anderson also counsels employers and human resources professionals in employment law compliance and other matters. Mr. Anderson has served as a reporter on employment discrimination cases for Bender's California Labor & Employment Bulletin.

Mr. Anderson also practices general business litigation, including consumer class action defense. He has significant experience compelling arbitration, and defending businesses against California statutory claims under that state’s Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), Unfair Competition Law (UCL), Rosenthal Act, Automobile Sales Finance Act (ASFA or Rees-Levering), and Vehicle Leasing Act.
