Trent M. Murch focuses his practice on securitization transactions. He has wide-ranging experience regarding recent developments in federal securities laws, including Regulation AB and Securities Offering Reform. Trent's practice includes counseling clients through the process of preparing Regulation AB compliant registration statements, guiding clients through the review process with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and conducting issuances off of newly effective Regulation AB compliant registration statements. In addition, he has experience with respect to the periodic reporting requirements under Regulation AB, as well as the filing rules for free writing prospectuses under Securities Offering Reform.

Representative transactions handled by Trent include securitization transactions collateralized by equipment receivables, credit card receivables, dealer floor plan receivables, auto receivables, as well as a wide variety of other asset types. He represents issuers and underwriters in both public and private term transactions as well as issuers and investors in asset-backed commercial paper transactions. Trent has represented clients in excess of a dozen transactions exceeding $1 billion of securities issued, and the vast majority of his transactions exceed $500 million of securities issued.
