Troy Lewis handles M&A and capital markets transactions (regional, national, and international in scope) for corporate and private equity clients. He has experience across a wide variety of industries, including the basic materials, construction, energy, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors.

Troy regularly advises on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, executive compensation, and disclosure and other securities law compliance matters; and he has extensive experience with distressed M&A transactions, out-of-court restructurings, and court-supervised reorganizations.

In recent years, Troy has represented Arctic Glacier, Clarent Hospital Corporation, Fluor Corporation, Kaiser Aluminum, Micron Technology, Parallel Investment Partners, Patriarch Partners, Tokyo Electron, Weir Group, and Zoran Corporation, among others, in significant transactions.
