Mr. Trautman is a partner and co-head of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation, complex commercial litigation, antitrust, securities fraud, and regulatory law.

Mr. Trautman has represented clients in the banking and financial services, health care, technology, telecommunications and energy industries. He has significant experience in the areas of international arbitration and litigation, class actions, construction, creditors' rights and bankruptcy, professional liability, real estate, and trust and fiduciary obligations. Mr. Trautman has also acted as an arbitrator and expert witness in a number of cases.
