Tull R. Florey

Tull Florey is the head of the Corporate Department in Houston. His practice includes public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He has represented issuers and investment banking firms in both equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings, shelf registrations, Rule 144A offerings and other private placements and has represented issuers in connection with debt tender offers and consent solicitations.

Tull’s mergers and acquisitions experience includes various types of negotiated acquisitions and dispositions. He also assists clients on an ongoing basis with general corporate concerns, including Exchange Act reporting, corporate governance and Section 16 matters.
