Tyler Whitmer is a partner in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2006. While he has diverse experience across all aspects of complex commercial litigation, ranging from breach of contract cases to high-stakes intellectual property disputes, Mr. Whitmer’s practice focuses on finance-related litigation. He has extensive experience in litigation stemming from bankruptcies and restructurings, as well as litigation concerning structured financial products. Mr. Whitmer has tried cases in state and federal court, before both juries and judges, for clients ranging from a regional printing company to the official creditors committee for the debtor in the largest bankruptcy in the history of the United States.
