Ulrich Wagner is a retired partner. He was resident in O'Melveny's New York office and was a member of the Firm's Transactions Department. Wagner was born in Germany and his fluency in German coupled with his European and American legal background facilitated his representation of a large number of German, Austrian, Swiss, English, and other foreign clients with respect to cross-border activities. He was active in the merger and acquisition field and has represented a significant number of major foreign corporations in connection with their merger and acquisition activities. Ulrich also represented US banks and corporations in connection with their activities in Western and Eastern Europe.
