Ursula M. Henninger

Ursula Henninger

is a partner in King & Spalding’s Tort and Environmental Practice Group in the firm’s Charlotte office. Ms. Henninger has over 20 years of experience in trying personal injury claims in courts throughout the United States. She has defended a variety of product liability claims, including those against tobacco manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies. She has handled mass tort litigation and is routinely charged with leading industry groups related to common litigation themes and interest. Ms. Henninger has extensive experience not only at counsel table, but in coordinating defense team efforts, including leading the management of cases on behalf of industry teams from the filing of the complaint to trial and through the appeal process. In addition to being a first-chair trial lawyer, Ms. Henninger often serves as lead case management attorney for actions filed in a number of jurisdictions and directs the pretrial discovery and motion practices for the defense team. Ms. Henninger is known for being a tenacious trial lawyer who can effectively manage a large volume of cases with success.
