Vadim J. Rubinstein is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights Groups. He has a broad range of experience in both transactional and litigation aspects of bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He has represented or currently represents indenture trustees, administrative agents, debtors-in-possession, creditor committees, chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustees, acquirers and sellers of assets, secured and unsecured creditors, and landlords. Mr. Rubinstein’s experience includes significant representations in the bankruptcy cases of Residential Capital, LLC, Netbank, ION Media Networks, Spansion, Washington Mutual, Luminent Mortgage Capital, Refco, Asia Global Crossing, Cyberrebate.com and Northwest Airlines.
