He has represented or currently represents indenture trustees, administrative agents, debtors-in-possession, creditor committees, chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustees, acquirers and sellers of assets, secured and unsecured creditors, and landlords. Mr. Rubinstein’s experience includes significant representations in the bankruptcy cases of Residential Capital, LLC, Netbank, ION Media Networks, Spansion, Washington Mutual, Luminent Mortgage Capital, Refco, Asia Global Crossing, Cyberrebate.com and Northwest Airlines.
