Varant Yegparian is an associate in the Business Litigation Practice Group in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.

Varant's practice focuses on commercial litigation in both state and federal court. Varant has experience in a diverse array of matters ranging from lender liability lawsuits to bankruptcy-related litigation to federal criminal investigations of corporations to breach of contract and fraud disputes.

Varant has a strong understanding of the discovery process, including e-discovery issues, and the need to control costs in the prosecution or defense of claims in federal and state court.
