Victoria represents clients in environmental litigation, regulatory and transactional matters. She handles all stages of client Potentially Responsible Parties at Superfund sites in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Illinois, including initial site investigation, remediation and allocation.

Victoria also conducts environmental due diligence, counsels clients on transaction-related environmental risks, negotiates the allocation of environmental risks and coordinates permit transfers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing and real estate transactions.

In addition, Victoria advises clients on environmental compliance issues, internal environmental audits and enforcement actions under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, the Clean Air Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Clean Water Act and state analogs.
