Mr. Brijbasi focuses his practice on representing sophisticated and technology-oriented clients with respect to intellectual property, cybersecurity, unfair competition, and general business matters. In addition, he has litigated several complex commercial, intellectual property, and computer fraud cases in both state and federal courts. Due to his experience as former Senior Staff Attorney at the Supreme Court of Florida, Mr. Brijbasi also regularly litigates appeals in a variety of practice areas.
