Vincent Aiello conducts a broad based legal practice including business succession and asset protection planning, real and intellectual property development, employment law and fiduciary litigation matters.

Before joining Greenspoon Marder, he served as in-house counsel for Beazer Homes, a publicly traded single-family home builder (BZH), as well as for private time-share and fractional ownership development companies.

Mr. Aiello has handled complex commercial transactions, land development, land use, planning & zoning matters as well as complex acquisitions and asset sales. Mr. Aiello has assisted clients in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate including time-share projects and multi-family residential acquisitions, including HUD Development and financing matters.

Mr. Aiello has served as general counsel for computer software and development companies managing intellectual property portfolios and advising on IP licensing, e-commerce platforms, transactional and privacy-related matters. He works with clients to navigate the complex legal issues associated with all stages of commercial software development, procurement, implementation, use, monitoring and exploitation of technology to safeguard the underlying intellectual property.

His employment counsel includes advising clients on developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures. He represents employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies in cases filed under federal and state employment laws.
