Vince Byrd is an associate in the Orange County office of Gibson Dunn and practices in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance, and Capital Markets Practice Groups. Mr. Byrd advises clients on a wide array of matters, including IPOs and secondary public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, restructuring transactions, shareholder proposals and general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance issues.

Mr. Byrd earned his Juris Doctor in 2009 from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Comments Editor of the UCLA Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in 2004 from Harvard University.

Mr. Byrd is currently admitted to practice law in the State of California.
