Ms. Wallach is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, specializing in commercial transactions and international employment law.

Ms. Wallach has a particularly deep experience in international M&A, including cross-border and investment transactions involving both public and privately held companies, and outsourcing transactions. Ms. Wallach regularly advises clients on matters of general corporate governance and compliance.

Ms. Wallach’s practice includes all aspects of international employment and benefits law, including structuring the appropriate documentation to govern employer relationships with workers, managing transfers and termination of employees, company employment policy audits and implementation, and other employment-related compliance issues.

Ms. Wallach has worked twice at the U.S. State Department, with the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs in Washington, D.C. and at the U.S. embassy in Quito, Ecuador, and has worked at the NATO base (Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe) in Mons, Belgium. Ms. Wallach has also served as lead attorney for persecuted individuals from Central America and the Middle East with respect to their asylum claims and other immigration-related matters.

Ms. Wallach is fluent in Spanish, proficient in French and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
