Vision Winter is a partner in O’Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice within the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, primarily in the electrical, computer science, and electronics fields. Vision is also a registered professional chemical engineer in the State of California and, before joining O'Melveny, worked at Procter & Gamble as a power and controls project engineer. He has been named a “Rising Star” in intellectual property litigation in a survey conducted by Law & Politics Media Inc. and published in Los Angeles Magazine and the Southern California edition of Super Lawyers (2009-2014).
