W. Allan Edmiston is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on complex commercial and corporate matters, including shareholder derivative suits, investor actions and contests over corporate control. Mr. Edmiston also defends prominent law and accounting firms, as well as their professionals, against lawsuits alleging malpractice, fraud and breaches of fiduciary duty.

In the real estate area, Mr. Edmiston litigates contract matters, landlord-tenant disputes, title insurance coverage and bad faith actions, and matters involving priority issues, mechanic’s lien rights, easement rights, and adverse possession and other prescriptive rights.
