Todd Holleman

is Managing Partner of the Charlotte office at King & Spalding and serves on the firm’s Policy Committee. He is also a member of the Finance Practice Group, where his practice focuses on representing arrangers and borrowers in debt financings, including syndicated credit facilities on both a leveraged and investment grade basis; first and second lien financings; acquisition financings; project financings; and workouts and restructurings. His clients include leading financial institutions and funds, energy companies, private equity sponsors and project developers. Mr. Holleman has specific expertise in leveraged acquisition financings and energy and commercial real estate finance.

Mr. Holleman earned his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina in 1994 and his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1997. He joined King & Spalding in 1999 after a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Robert L. Vining, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of North Carolina and the State Bar of Georgia.
