Wade Glover represents private equity clients in a variety of transactions such as leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy 363 sales. He also provides general corporate counseling to public and private companies, private equity funds, and their portfolio companies, advising them on general corporate matters including corporate governance issues and commercial contracts.

Wade has represented clients in a number of industries, including consumer products and retail, education, energy, manufacturing, and media. Clients he has represented recently include Bay City Capital, Cortec Group, FTS International, J.F. Lehman & Company, Maverick Capital, Overhead Door Corporation, Parallel Investment Partners, Patriarch Partners, The Riverside Company, Turnbridge Capital, and The Weir Group.

He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
