Walter C. Little Jr

Chet Little is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he focuses his practice on representing residential and commercial developers, financial institutions, funds, and other real estate focused owners and investors in local, state and national real estate transactions. Mr. Little has extensive experience in matters related to land bank transactions and multi-state financings involving complex transfer tax structures and computations. Additionally, Mr. Little's practice includes the representation of special asset and REO groups of banks and finance institutions as it pertains to mortgage-backed and equity-backed workout settlements, note sales and foreclosure actions. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice.
