Walter Lynch’s trial practice centers on toxic tort litigation including both products and premises liability claims, personal injury litigation and complex commercial disputes.

Mr. Lynch has significant experience in representing major petrochemical companies and oil refiners in toxic tort litigation. He has a history of trying challenging cases in notoriously difficult jurisdictions. He has tried cases involving premises owners, product manufacturers and insurance companies to verdicts and outcomes in states throughout the country, including Texas, California, Delaware, Missouri, Mississippi, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lynch worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on helping companies improve their customer relationship management systems.
