Wanda G. Holloway

Wanda represents employers in all areas of employment and labor law, and regularly works with US and multinational clients on global employment and labor matters. She has extensive experience (both as outside counsel and as in house counsel with Fortune 50 companies) providing advice on the full spectrum of employment law issues, including day-to-day labor and employment matters as well as strategic issues such as mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, restrictive covenants, global policy development and implementation, compliance and training efforts, and reductions in force.

Wanda has litigated a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination claims (age, race, gender, and disability), sexual harassment claims, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, employee benefit matters, and retaliation claims. In particular, she has partnered closely with major clients to effectively manage litigation and related risk management strategies on a comprehensive basis, and she has worked closely with clients on “bet the company”/high-profile cases, including matters involving senior management, matters commanding board of directors or shareholder attention, and class/collective actions. She has also handled administrative matters before the EEOC, NLRB, OSHA, OFCCP, Wage and Hour Division of the DOL, and other governmental agencies. Wanda has had in-depth experience with executive compensation, employment, and labor relations issues in corporate transactions. Her experience allows her to bring a practical viewpoint to assist clients in making the best business decisions while minimizing their legal risks, and she has become the go-to person for numerous major employers as a result.
