Warren Stramiello

A computer scientist as well as an attorney, Warren Stramiello focuses his practice on clients seeking help with technology-related matters, including compliance, investigations, advisement and litigation.

Warren has experience litigating civil and criminal technology-related disputes in a broad range of cases, including patent infringement, copyright infringement, antitrust, contract, securities class actions, investigations, tort, fraud, and declaratory judgments. He has also advised clients concerning privacy and data security, technology-related mergers and acquisitions, and other intellectual property issues. Finally, he has overseen (as well as personally conducted) forensic investigations and incident responses.

Prior to joining Gallo LLP, Warren was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York; before that, he was a System Security Administrator at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.
