Wayne H. Price is an attorney who, following an extremely distinguished career in the United States government and military, joined Cohen & Padda, LLP with the intent of putting his extensive skills and knowledge to work for individual and business clients.

Before joining the law firm, Wayne spent the last several years serving as an attorney with the United States Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) and the United States Department of Justice handling immigration cases. Specifically, Wayne managed and litigated all aspects of immigration matters before both trial and appellate courts and tribunals. A well-respected attorney in the government, Wayne frequently provided expert advice to government agents involving issues concerning money laundering and other federal offenses. He trained immigration agents and officers on highly-complex immigration matters. The United States Attorneys Office for the District of Nevada routinely relied upon Wayne for advice and guidance in important and hotly contested immigration cases pending in federal court. In fact, Wayne was frequently called upon to draft legal memoranda and briefs to be filed in federal litigation handled by that office. Simply put, there are few attorneys in Las Vegas with Wayne’s depth of experience and knowledge in immigration matters.

A native ofMaryland, Wayne began his legal career as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney in the United States military. During the course of his impressive military career, Wayne personally handled over 350 felony jury trials. In those instances where he served as a defense attorney, Wayne achieved outstanding results for his clients by often winning outright acquittals. He was both a prosecutor and defense attorney at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and Fort Lewis, Washington.
