Wayne Arceneaux practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in securities litigation and general corporate litigation. Wayne has substantial experience efficiently managing large-scale document collections, reviews, and productions. He has represented numerous clients in international investigations with respect to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as corporate investigations involving allegations of fraud, accounting irregularities, and violations of securities regulations. He has a special focus on electronic discovery matters and is a member of the Dallas e-discovery team.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Wayne represented clients in complex real estate transactions with emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions of office and retail office buildings, apartments, condominium conversions, restaurants, warehouses, wineries, and golf courses located throughout the United States.

Wayne is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
