Wen focuses his practice on business litigation, representing business clients in a variety of securities, banking, and commercial litigation matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts, including appellate and adversarial bankruptcy proceedings. He has jury trial and arbitration experience and is one of the few attorneys who has tried a securities fraud suit in the Southern District of New York.
While at Washington and Lee University School of Law, Wen was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and served as vice president of the entire student body, vice president of the honor court, and student body treasurer.
