Wendy Aeschlimann focuses her practice on matters involving product liability, consumer product safety, and consumer fraud lawsuits, including those arising under state consumer fraud acts. She also has experience with internal corporate investigations relating to anticorruption laws such as the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act). Wendy has defended numerous claims and lawsuits involving allegedly defective consumer products (garage door openers, industrial and residential gates, alarm systems, lead paint, and tobacco), wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries and damages. She has advised companies with respect to Consumer Product Safety Commission inquiries and investigations. She also has been involved in defending clients against injunctions sought by state attorneys general.

Wendy has litigated matters in state and federal courts throughout the country and has significant experience in all phases of litigation, including all aspects of discovery, motion practice, oral argument, trial, and appeals with special emphasis on drafting and preparing all types of trial-related motions, briefs, and summary judgments. She also has experience representing clients in alternative dispute proceedings.
