Weston Rockers is an Attorney in Buchalter’s Sacramento office and is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Rockers represents tenants, landlords, developers, and lending institutions across a broad range of specialties, including commercial leasing, purchase and sale, and acquisition and development finance transactions.
Prior to joining Buchalter, Mr. Rockers represented lending institutions through his handling of dozens of project finance transactions, most of which have involved major real estate acquisition and development projects. He also has a background in corporate law counseling clients related to entity formation and business and asset purchase and sale transactions.
