I had the privilege to defend a business client and its employees against claims that they had misrepresented costs and features during the sale of an insurance plan. Not only did a fellow attorney and I obtain dismissal of the lawsuit before trial, but the client successfully recovered $40,000 in attorney fees from the opposing party, reducing the client's out of pocket costs by more than 60%.
